Estimated delivery times within Pakistan:

  • Major Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are displayed during checkout.
  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

Delayed Shipments

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for most locations across Pakistan. Some remote areas may require advance payment depending on courier availability.
